During the summer months, she transforms her daily picking of fruit or vegetables from her garden and creates a beautiful selection of appealing pickles and jams that are not available at any local grocery store. Her techniques and love of cooking and preserving is clearly evident in the clarity of her jams, and particularly her pristine red crabapple jelly. Each jar of pickles and jam/jelly has balance and an unmistakable homemade flavour, with no additives; just pure and natural flavour.
